Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and prepare legal notices and replies etc.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, proactive measures in brand protection etc.
• Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Liasoning and maintaining relations with external lawyers and counsels.
• Manage litigations.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
