Job Description

• 8-10 years of experience into Automation testingShould have proficiency in at least one Automation tool like java + selenium WebDriver
• Designing Automation testing strategies and planCreating robust and scalable automation frameworks to streamline testing processes
• Evaluating and selecting the right tools for various testing needs, considering factors like scripting languages, integrations, and community support
• Working closely with the team to ensure that testing activities are well-defined and executed effectively
• Tracking test execution metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating results to stakeholders
• Optimizing test scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient test execution
• Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge
• Working closely with development, product management, and other teams to ensure that testing efforts are aligned with project goals
• Maintaining documentation and following compliance standards
