Job Description

Conduct quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards.
Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
Review and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to quality.
Collaborate with teams to address identified quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and performance.
Assist in the training of team members on quality assurance processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT is a must along with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium)
Exposure to working in Agile and Scrum environments is a plus.
Prior experience in working on JIRA & slack is an added advantage.
Having client handling experience would be an added advantage.
