Job Description
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers regularly.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer management.
- Support onboarding processes and post-offer follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Prepare reports and update daily recruitment dashboards.
- Post Graduate in any discipline or MBA (HR preferred, but open to all).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
