Planning and organizing the interview process of the candidates with the clients.
Interacting with clients to fill various requirements at different levels on independent basis on Permanent rolls.
Posting Jobs in all Job portals along with Mass Mailing
Providing Proper feedback to the candidates after the interview.
Conferencing the interview between the candidates and the interviewer.
Regular follow up with candidates after joining as a part of client.
Preparing and managing MIS of weekly and monthly Closure.
Organizing Week End Drives and Walk-in interviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Managing clients requirements i.e. Understanding the JD of the Requirement.
Recruitment of candidates making use of job portals, networking & headhunting.
Initial screening of resumes on the parameters decided by the client (work experience,
qualification, roles & responsibilities etc.).
Interact with Team Leads to determine needs within their client companies.
Established good relations with Hiring Managers to determine needs within their
client companies.
Conducting telephonic interviews, Scheduling interviews and End to End coordination of
interviews from client and candidate side.
Discussions of job profiles & work experience with candidates to map their skill sets with clients
requirement.
Formulating detailed report about each candidate evaluating their skill sets, experience levels,
communication skills, job
Ability to prioritize work assigned to meet strict deadlines.
