Facility EngineerQualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: Should have experience in management and supervision of building MEP maintenance and operation. Proven facilities management experience is essential. Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians.
MEP Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: Should have experience in management and supervision of building MEP maintenance and operation. Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians.

Chiller Technician
Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Must have experience in all kind of A/C systems/equipment. Also, should have experience in Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance HVAC systems/equipments. Experience in operations and maintenance of air and water cooled chillers, control systems, etc.

MEP Technician

Experience:Should have experience in maintenance of MEP Equipment and Systems. Must be trained and qualified in evaluation, repair and maintenance of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems (air cooled chillers, packaged units, DX units, split & window units) in the building.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma
