Job Description

SD CRM Knowledge in SD Master Data tables, LSMW for data loads, IDOC processes for analyzing and fixing failures in Master Data from ECC perspective both outgoing and Incoming IDocs, reasonable exposure to SAP C4C ( Cloud for Customer) to analyze data failures while receiving data from ECC to C4C and sending the data from C4C to ECC

Good exposure to SAP C4C and SAP CRM in Sales, Service, Marketing is desirable

Qualification : any graduate
