1.Manage & motivate a quality team of 15 outbound Telecaller the Collection
2.Monitoring calls,giving feedback,Preparing reports Attrition,Shrinkage,roster management Conducting team meetings,pre/pos/mid shift
3.Roster management, Shrinkage, Attrition, Performance Reports Strong analytical skills Should be on Paper Team Leader/ Supervisor / Team Coach
4.Candidate should have excellent communication
5. Should have worked on Genesys Dialer or ( Any dialer ) or AM or DM
