  • * Product Consultation: Present and explain various life insurance products (e.g., term plans, endowment plans, ULIPs, retirement solutions) tailored to client requirements.
  • * Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads, prospect new clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • * After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support and excellent after-sales service to clients, ensuring policy persistency and client satisfaction.
  • * Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • * Professional Development: Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through company-provided training and self-learning.
