Mode : 2 day WFO Hybrid

Tools/Skills : Technical writer , DITA tool, any Cloud, Social media versions, Vlogs,

Preferred candidate profile :

Proven expertise in REST API docs, developer portals, product and platform documentation, with a strong command of tools

Documentation Frameworks: Markdown, DITA, XML, YAML, JSON, Readme, GitBook.

DocOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD

API Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Redoc, Stoplight.

Editors & IDEs: Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Oxygen XML Editor.

CMS & Publishing: AEM, Ixiasoft, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Zendesk Guide, Docusaurus.

Collaboration & Agile Tools: Jira, Agile, Height.

Design & Diagramming: MS Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Programming Languages & Scripting: Basics of Python and SQL.

Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure: AWS.

Analytics & User Feedback: Readme Analytics, Hotjar
