Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development & Automation:
  
• Design and implement personalized email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.

• Data Management & Integration:
  
• Create and manage data extensions, SQL queries, and segmentation strategies to ensure accurate targeting.

• Content Development:
  
• Develop responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

• Analytics & Reporting:
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  
• Generate reports to assess ROI and recommend improvements.

• Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

• Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with SFMC APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integrations.
