HPC Technical Solution Specialist @ Peopleplus

Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs.
Responsible for understanding full competitive environment, defining, architecting, assembling, and winning company AI and HPC for on premise and cloud data center customer deployments.

Responsible for understanding the business and technical use-cases and merits of a solution and then co-owning with the edge selling teams the relationships with customers and partners decision-makers to align purchase decisions to companys roadmap technologies and timelines.
Drive architectural discussions and decision making to realize system level solutions optimized for HPC & AI usage from HW (CPU, Network, Storage) selection, SW (OS, Middleware, Applications) selection and prove architectural soundness through benchmarking.

Influencing and aligning RFPs/RFP metrics to our product at technology timelines
Identifying and driving company product portfolio opportunities thorough close collaboration with relevant sales teams engaged in HPC & AI usages encompassing from scientific computing to data analytics including machine learning, deep learning, etc.
Gathering and transforming field internal & external partner's requirements to DPG for HPC & AI related architecture and design specifications.
Developing strong relationships with customers, engineering & product teams to be trusted adviser to drive solution improvements
Collaborating with partners, customers and benchmarking teams to deliver HPC & AI wins
Mentoring, coaching, and training the edge sellers and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a renowned university for computer science or engineering.
At least 5 years experience with HPC and/or analytics system architectures (Scalar parallel clusters, grid computing, data analytics, bare-metal clouds)
Experience with HPC modeling/simulation codes and optimization on x86 based processors or GPUs.

Deep technical understanding of HPC & data analytics market for both HW & SW.
Hands on experience of architecting/designing/benchmarking/installing/maintaining (at least 2 out of 5 elements) a Top500 class HPC system.

Strong communication skill to build a rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated and disciplined, good team player
