Job Description

Developer role, ML Model implementation, experimentation & related software engineering focused

Experience as a data scientist with preference in data analysis & forecasting algorithms

Python, PySpark development experience a must

3-4 years of very good Python, PySpark development experience

1-2 years of software development experience - preferred

1-2 years of experience as a data scientist with preference in forecasting algorithms

Basic understanding for MLOPS

Exposure to ML models such as random forest, XGboost, LightGBM, and some other ensemble modeling algorithms

Basic understanding for Azure Cloud Platforms (databricks, Azure ML studio, etc)

No Phd s. BS or MS degree is Software Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics related

Ability to learn fast and handle multiple priorities

Developer role, ML Model implementation, experimentation & related software engineering focused

Essential functions

Experience on Demand forecasting Algorithms

Qualifications

Good programming in Python

Good understanding of ML concepts and algorithms in general. Especially, forecasting methods & math. No MLOps needed.

Understanding of ensemble models: XGBoost, CatBoost and LGBM
