Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Setting and Monitoring Sales Objectives: Establish and track sales goals to ensure targets are met.
- Providing Sales Strategies, Feedback, and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, offer constructive feedback, and create comprehensive marketing plans.
- Contributing to Meeting Sales Targets: Actively participate in achieving sales targets through various initiatives.
- Keeping Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the industry.
- Recruiting Agents (IC): Capable of recruiting and managing independent agents.

- Solid Understanding of Policies and Products: Possess a thorough knowledge of company policies and product offerings.
- Mentorship Abilities: Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Strong Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate effective leadership skills.
