Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
  
• Perform branch operations tasks such as opening and closing procedures, maintenance of records, and reporting.
  
• Assist customers with cross-selling products from the bank's portfolio.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to banking operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform daily reconciliation tasks.
