YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Work with Product Management to understand and define the requirements.
- Detail the requirements for the teams functionally and technically as needed.
- Manage the product roadmap by collaborating with Product Management
- Enable the team to deliver high-quality large-scale applications that adhere to ever increasing demands of availability, reliability, security, and performance that enable an optimal consumer experience.
- Remain overall owner of the scope and quality while adhering to SAFe agile processes.
- Learn and use technologies based on project and work need.
- Participate in design reviews/code walkthroughs with developers and architects to ensure testability/supportability of software.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to take ownership and drive ensure complete test scope and benchmarking.

- Creating and managing the product backlog. Writing features and users stories using tools like JIRA, JiraAlign, Confluence, etc.
- Conduct product demos and provide product acceptance.
- Responsible for product validation and documentation.
- To own and manage the project on behalf of the stakeholders.
YOU HAVE:
- A bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in development and requirements management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the role of Product Owner in cards (Debit and Credit). Knowledge on prepaid, corporate, travel or loyalty cards.
- Exposure to global market and standards with in-depth understanding of embossing file formats, postCAF and CBS integration.
- Experience of working in core card functional areas like but not limited to onboarding, embossing, core cards processing, disputes, collections, scheme compliance, card personalization.
- Understanding of the market, product functionality, product launch and cards value chain.
- Prior experience of card management system functions like GreenPIN, Instant issuance, EMV, ISO 20022, Card lifecycle, etc. is a plus.
- Past experience of cloud native products is a plus
- Experience in software estimation, planning and risk assessment process and establish product vision.
- Ability to understand customer needs or expectations, business requirements and technical requirements.
- Experience in technical and functional requirement detailing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong desire to continually learn new tools, and methodologies, including those out of your comfort zone.
- Solid professional who can own and deliver by leading a small to medium size team.
- Desire to retrospect and for continual improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on diverse problems, under minimal supervision, with guidance from senior team members. You know how to balance multiple projects (with varying priorities, of course!) all at once.
- Ability to challenge others and question the Status Quo.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical co-workers.
