Role & responsibilities


Engage with C-level executives & key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and digital marketing needs.

Provide strategic guidance on the best enterprise solutions to achieve business objectives and boost revenue.

Acquire new enterprise clients by pitching, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.

Ensure retention & client satisfaction by driving ROI and facilitating service renewals for existing accounts.

Maximize revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling during the client lifecycle.

Act as an internal owner, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve customer queries and ensure seamless service.

Stay ahead of industry trends in online and digital marketing, providing clients with insights for continuous business improvement.


Job Description


The position holder is expected to drive business growth by individually taking up roles and responsibilities that generate revenue as well as expand growth opportunities within the company. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new business on the table as well as developing long lasting relationships with the new found business.
