As an Assistant Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents in your territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and meet targets through effective management and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and developing insurance agents.
- Driving sales through the agency channel.
- Supporting agents to achieve their targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0 - 4 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
