Roles and Responsibilities

• 1 - 3 years of experience in chat or voice process, having excellent communication in English
• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Work on multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle international chat and voice processes from various clients.
• Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers. Communicating with them through various channels, including email.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Proficiency in handling international voice and chat processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
