Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, social media, and web.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Provide technical support for SFMC implementation projects from planning through execution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field with expertise in SFMC.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua or similar tools; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Salesforce certification or equivalent experience working with CRM systems.
