Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Analytics & Reporting - Lead and own the Wellness analytics and periodic reporting framework for the function in the specified format, including data collection from various stakeholders - Create and manage Mental Health utilization reports and trend analysis - Conduct trend analysis and deep dives on utilization, engagement, and impact metrics of Wellness programs and offerings - Lead data consolidation efforts for leadership reviews, and present insights to regional and global wellness leadership - Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for internal consumption - Support with data requests related to medical malpractice insurance - Track utilization and reporting effectiveness of digital wellness offerings
2. Wellness Program Intelligence - Lead the sourcing and delivery of monthly headcount and utilization trend reports across Health Centers, Fitness Centers, Childcare vendors, and Mental Health service providers - Recommend key service category highlights and areas to enhance program effectiveness - Evaluate program data from multiple perspectives to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities - Conduct ongoing utilization studies and develop year-over-year trend analysis
3. Operational Support: - CW management: maintain CW data accuracy, collaborate with vendors for end-date extensions, raise system access/credentialing requests, background verification and support onboarding activities - Maintain monthly Wellness center headcount report - Align data systems such as RMS and Glassfield in coordination with relevant internal teams
4. Query Management & Functional Projects: - Support Benefits and Wellness query management with operational analytics to monitor service efficiency and response metrics - Assist with validation of Wellness program claims categories under operational processes - Develop project tracking and program tracking tools for any projects/ programs undertaken within the function - Track and report participation metrics for benefits fairs, team leagues, and ad-hoc wellness initiatives - Provide responsive support for ad-hoc analytics/reporting tasks as assigned within the timelines
Additional Notes: - This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort in managing recurring as well as ad-hoc reporting cycles - The individual should be open to adapting to evolving functional priorities and organizational needs, including expanded scope of wellness analytics and cross-functional engagement. - Must be able to independently interface with internal stakeholders and wellness vendors - Familiarity with medical and wellness data frameworks is advantageous.
