Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through direct meetings, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present products/services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system with leads and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: BBA or MBA (Marketing or related specialization preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-centric approach.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
