Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT C2H positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
• Negotiate C2H contract terms, compensation, and joining dates with candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future C2H openings.
• Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure a smooth transition from C2H to full-time conversion in collaboration with HR and business units.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in the IT recruitment domain.
