Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with strong experience in Telecom and Data Networking domains to join our solutioning and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate should bring a solid understanding of telecom architectures, protocols, and analytics, with the ability to bridge customer requirements and modern technologies such as AI/ML and Data Analytics. The role also benefits from a basic understanding of enterprise and web applications, enabling well-rounded solution design across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define, architect, and propose end-to-end solutions, primarily in the telecom, data networking, and analytics domains.
- Work closely with the sales team on technical pre-sales engagements, including solution demos, technical discussions, and RFP responses.
- Translate business and technical needs into high-level solution architectures, integrating AI/ML, analytics, and network elements.
- Design and validate architectures involving telecom protocols, network functions, and AI-based insights.
- Provide technical leadership during the pre-sales cycle, engaging with delivery teams and incorporating feedback.
- Prepare detailed and visually impactful presentations, diagrams, and solution proposals for customer engagements.
- Estimate solution efforts and collaborate with development teams for feasibility, cost, and timeline planning.
- Stay current with emerging trends in telecom, 5G, network analytics, AI/ML, and adjacent technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- 9+ years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales roles, with significant exposure to telecom, Data and networking environments.
- Solid understanding of 4G/5G architectures, OSS/BSS systems, network protocols (e.g., SIP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP), and interface standards (e.g., REST, NETCONF, SNMP).
- Exposure to telecom analytics, network monitoring, performance KPIs, and possibly service assurance frameworks.
- Good knowledge of data networking principles routing, switching, network security, and policy enforcement.
- Experience in articulating AI/ML-based solutions for real-world problems like anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, etc.Basic knowledge of enterprise application architectures, web services, and cloud-native concepts.
- Strong ability to create compelling presentations and explain complex architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in responding to RFPs, estimating solution components, and crafting detailed solution documents.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them effectively.
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise application architectures, web services, and cloud-native concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP, basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL), and security practices (e.g., auth, encryption).
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Triton, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of deployment pipelines (CI/CD), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with visualization and analytics tools, data pipelines, and integration workflows.
