Job Description

    Front Desk Executive, also known as a Front Office Executive or Receptionist, is responsible for creating a positive first impression and managing the front office operations. They greet visitors, answer phones, handle inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. 
    Key Responsibilities:

        Greeting and Welcoming:
        Creating a positive and professional first impression by greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner. 

    Phone Management:
    Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and ensuring efficient communication flow. 
    Information Management:
    Providing information about the company, its services, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments. 
    Administrative Support:
    Performing tasks such as managing mail, coordinating deliveries, maintaining files, and handling basic data entry. 
    Maintaining the Reception Area:
    Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. 
    Scheduling and Coordination:
    Assisting with appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements. 
    Security:
    Monitoring visitor access, maintaining logbooks, and ensuring adherence to company security protocols. 
    Handling Inquiries and Complaints:
    Addressing visitor inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when needed. 
    Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate records of visitor information, mail, and other relevant documents. 
    Supporting Staff:
    Providing support to other team members with administrative tasks and special projects. 
    Maintaining Stationery and Supplies:
    Ensuring the front desk is adequately stocked with necessary stationery and office supplies.
