Job Description
1. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build dynamic models to evaluate scenarios, profitability, and business cases.
- Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with analysis of key metrics.
- Identify variances vs. budget/forecast and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Support long-range planning, capital allocation, and resource deployment.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present findings visually.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA, CFA, or CPA (preferred for senior roles).
- 3 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
