Job Description
Qualifications: MBA/Engineering background
Description:
Anchor proposal solutioning, GCC Assessment and Design, and GCC transformation projects
Work as peer to primary Client SPOC in ensuring proposal and project deliveries
Carry out required analysis and presentation development to deliver proposals and projects
Anchor, facilitate, and drive discussions between Client teams and Aeries SMEs
Responsible for project management and ensuring proposals and projects are delivered within time, quality, and cost parameters
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in consulting domain in the GCC or BPM or Process Consulting domain
Experience in supporting business development and writing proposals
Highly proficient in Excel modeling, presentation development, and client engagement
Project management experience
Experience of directly working with US and EU based clients
Should be able to multi-task - Anchor 1-2 proposals and drive project delivery
Qualifications:
MBA from tier 1 or 2 B-school
Engineering graduates with requisite experience may also be considered
