Medical Officer, Anm/gnm & Staff Nurse @ Apollo Hospitals

• Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations.
• Comprehend patient's condition, interpreting patient's records and vitals and give appropriate medical advice.
• Prevention and control of communicable diseases for individuals and families and reporting to relevant public health providers.
• Maintaining an abstract of all the cases on daily basis in an electronic database.

• Assessing and planning nursing care requirements

• Recording medical histories and other patient records
• Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
• Assist the doctors in focused areas and aid for improved diagnosis and therapy.
• Performs assessment data collection and documents subjective data (chief complaint and allergies) and objective data (vital signs/weight/etc.).

• Assisting Medical Officer in providing MCH services such as ante-natal, intra-natal and postnatal care of mothers and infants and child care through clinics.
• Maintaining an abstract of all the patient details on daily basis in an electronic database.
• Escalating any issues in the eUPHC to the Medical Officer/Monitoring Staff nurse.

Skill Set:

• Medical Officer : MBBS degree with valid MCI/State registration number.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Should be proficient in Telugu
• Effective decision-making skills
