Opening for HR Executive for Mumbai location :-


A HR Executive specializing in Performance Management (PMS) and Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that enhance employee performance and skills. This includes managing the PMS cycle, conducting training needs analysis, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.


. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management (PMS):


  • Manage PMS Cycle: Oversee the entire performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop PMS Framework: Establish and maintain a robust PMS framework aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support Employee Development: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on performance management matters.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development needs.
  • Ensure Fair and Consistent Application: Ensure the fair and consistent application of performance management policies and procedures.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and develop training programs, both in-house and with external vendors, to address identified needs.
  • Manage Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring effective facilitation and engagement.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Manage L&D Budget: Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
  • Promote a Learning Culture: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
