Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure all objectives are met.
• Identify, record, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Work closely with developers to ensure defects are handled efficiently.
• Perform regression testing to ensure changes do not impact functionality.
• Create and maintain automated tests to streamline the testing process.
• Assess and evaluate new Salesforce features and updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the system are tested and working perfectly.
• Write clear and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
• Review user interfaces to ensure consistency and functionality.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies to improve overall software quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omnichannel preferrable.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as Einstein Bots/Agentforce/Data Cloud is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Ability to write unit tests and perform automated testing using Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Education / Certification:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Admin) are a plus.
