Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources team in recruitment and operations activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Assist in conducting initial interviews and providing feedback to the HR team.
    • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate information is updated.
  2. Operations Assistance:
    • Aid in maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
    • Support in organizing and facilitating HR-related events, such as orientations, trainings, and workshops.
    • Assist in drafting HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policies.
    • Help in administering employee benefits and assisting employees with inquiries.
    • Handle general HR inquiries and redirect them as necessary.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions and operations
