Job Description

EXL Services is looking for Conversational AI Lead role with expertise into Google Dialogflow platform and chatbot development and implementation.

Designation- Conversational AI Lead

Role- Permanent/ Full time

Experience- 7+ years

Location- Noida/ Gurgaon/ Pune/ Bangalore

Shift- 12PM to 10PM (10 Hours Shift. Also depends on the project/work dependencies)

Working Days- 5 days

Work Mode- Hybrid

Mandatory Skills-

• Chatbot Development, Voice (both are mandatory)
• Conversational AI Platform- Dialogflow / Vertex AI - any one
• Natural Language Processing, Python/ Node.JS/ Java
• Design and develop cloud-based Conversational AI solutions.
