Location: Tech Mahindra, 15th Floor, West Wing, Venus Stratum, Surendra Mangaldas Road, Jhansi Ki Rani, Niyojan Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380015

Interview Mode: Direct Walk-In (Mon to Sat: 11 AM 3 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle voice-based customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and meet service quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or 10+3 (Diploma); Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off.
Strictly Work From Office.
Freshers are preferred.
No leaves allowed during the first 3 months of joining.
