    Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service through voice, chat, or email support.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to customer queries, complaints, and product/service support.

    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and systems.

    • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

    • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.

    • Meet customer service targets, productivity, and quality benchmarks consistently.


    Required Skills:

    • 1 to 5 years of experience in a customer service/support role (voice/chat/email).

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.

    • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and listening skills.

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    • Basic computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office and CRM tools.


    Educational Qualification:

    • Any Graduate / Diploma (Candidates with relevant experience preferred).


    Work Schedule:

    • Rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts as per business requirements).

    • 5/6 days working.
