Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
