 Human Resource and Administration Manager

Job Description

HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. To initiate and drive culture building in the organisation and ensuring high quality employee connect. To supervise daily support operations and admin activities of the organisation.


Roles and Responsibilities

HR

  • Maintain and update Organisation chart
  • Manage entire cycle of Hiring (Recruitment, on-boarding and induction)
  • Manage interpersonal employee relationships
  • Employee one-on-one mentoring towards participating in growth
  • Employee grievance redressal
  • Employee connect and "Parmanand Culture" building
  • Payroll management
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook
  • Maintain and update Job Descriptions
  • Maintain and update Employee information and records
  • Handling resignation, notice periods, effective handover and transfer of responsibilities
  • Manage attendance and leave requests


Administration

  • Housekeeping, follow schedule as coursed out by management
  • Monitor and ensure personnel are well groomed
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain and update inventory of store needs
  • Maintain authorisation of needs for various departments within the organisation

Required Candidate profile

Skills

Personal

Conscientious. Immaculate work ethics, pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have flair for documentation, clarity in recording and presenting information. Should display leadership skills to drive new initiatives and develop team spirit. Creative thinking with a desire to simplify work.





Professional

Should be very adept in people management and mentoring skills. Presence of mind, good with numbers, process oriented, structure in doing things, customer sensitivity. Analytical approach to work. Good time management and ability to prioritise. Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working and integral relationships.


Functional

Proficiency in ms office (outlook, excel, word & power point). Proactive and disciplined in mail correspondence. Proven track record of sourcing good candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn. Exposure in handling dealings with job portals and job postings. Good file management and documentation skills.


Qualification and experience

Graduate in any discipline / MBA in HR, with 3+ years of experience preferably from retail industry.
