Job Description

    Position: HR Recruiter Intern (Remote)
    Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
    Qualification: Minimum Pursuing Graduation
    Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months

    About the Role:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of HR Recruiter Intern. This remote internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition, while actively contributing to our recruitment operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

    • Build and manage a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

    • Screen resumes and evaluate applications based on job requirements.

    • Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability.

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

    • Share detailed job and company information with candidates.

    • Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

    • Collaborate with hiring teams to make informed hiring decisions.

    • Extend job offers and assist in negotiations when necessary.

    • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate data.

    • Comply with employment laws and internal recruitment standards.

    • Support in refining the organizations talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.

    • 5 to 8 successful joining: 3,000

    • 9 to 12 successful joining: 5,000
