Job Description

Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Build and manage a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Screen resumes and evaluate applications based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Share detailed job and company information with candidates.

Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Collaborate with hiring teams to make informed hiring decisions.

Extend job offers and assist in negotiations when necessary.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate data.

Comply with employment laws and internal recruitment standards.

Support in refining the organizations talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
