Desired Candidate Profile
Work with Enterprise clients to develop their business workflow requirements to clearly develop a process document that
captures various use cases and flow charts that would be automated using software platform
Review with engineering team as well as clients stakeholders to ensure the workflow document and use cases accurately
reflect what work has to be carried out
Clearly identify what areas client would carry out configuration work, and what configuration and engineering team would need
to act
Regularly review progress with internal and client team members to identify any issues or conflicts
Provide escalation reports to senior management to ensure proper resources can be assigned prior to any issues for
seamless resolution
Develop a clear understanding of clients business priorities and channel management objectives
Train client resources to ensure client can get full value of software and services
Work with Engineering & Customer Experience Management team to properly identify improvement areas related to product,
process and people
Clearly identify what creation solutions and actions are needed to resolve any product, process or people gap.
Required Skills:-
Advanced MS Office skills
Marketing Automation tool knowledge
CRM + ERP. For example Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic etc.
Email Marketing
Social Marketing
Project Management
Project Management Tool. Example MS project, Teamwork, ZOHO etc.
Knowledge in wireframe tools. Example Moqups.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
