Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Champion to join our AI and Innovation team to work directly with our projects, functions, data scientists, and data engineers and AI/ML Engineers to identify business problems, benefits justification, ensuring AI solutions solve the business problem and lead its adoption and provide value.
This role will be pivotal in identifying use cases that align with our business objectives, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product execution.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI and machine learning concepts, combined with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sector.
In this role, you may be required to travel to other corporate or project offices.
Major Responsibilities:
- Identify AI Opportunities: Work closely with different departments to identify potential AI use cases that can solve business problems and create value.
- Use Case Development: Develop detailed AI use cases, including problem statements, objectives, expected outcomes, and success metrics.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical and economic viability of proposed AI use cases.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design AI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI use cases.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI use cases, including requirements, design, implementation, and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing AI solutions and processes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, AI, Robotics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning, preferably within the engineering and construction (EPC) industry or a related field.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in AI technologies.
- Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of LLM, AI models and algorithm
- Proficiency in prompt engineering concepts.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit.
- Strategizing and defining the product vision for AI-driven initiatives.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and updates.
- Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries.
