Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the companys
products and services.
- Identify prospects and qualify leads based on interest and business
potential.
2. Client Engagement:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with interested clients after initial
calls.
- Inform the manager of scheduled appointments and coordinate followups.
3. Sales Presentations:
- Visit clients with product samples and present the oerings in a
professional manner.
- Highlight the benefits of gifting services, vending machine solutions, and
food products tailored to their needs.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, food
product purchasers, and vending machine stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure a smooth
customer experience.
5. Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management for strategic decisionmaking.
6. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales
activities.
- Submit regular updates and reports to the manager on progress and
achievements.
