Roles and Responsibilities

Developing ID Strategies.
Creating storyboards and Content outline.
Content structuring & re-modeling and scripting.
Must have good experience of working with SMEs
Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, theories, taxonomies
Should be well versed in learning/training development life cycle
Should have good creative and visualization skills
Must have excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to incorporate new technology into client learning toolset.
