Location: Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Sipcot IT Park ,Siruseri, Chennai - 600097

Qualification: Any graduate can be considered

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Previous experience in a similar B2C customer support role is desirable.
• Experience in handling B2C customers across all three mediums is preferred.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Should be able to communicate clearly in speech.
• Should be comfortable working in Night Shift
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Only Immediate joiners.
