Job Description

Will be responsible for Design & Development of Trendy T-shirts, Formal shirts,Sweat shirts, Jackets. as MERCHANDISER (OUTSOURCING).

Handling Dyeing & knitting as per order requirement
Managing Line Balancing of Garment as per article feasibility.
Planning printing from outsourcing.
Scheduling, New Developments IN-HOUSE/thru vendors.
Process Line scheduling as per garment manufacturing requirement.
Planning Go down stocks & accessories stocks as per Lean Manufacturing.
New vendor developed as per the garment requirement.
To plan the in-house dates for Fabric, Trims & Accessories according to the target dates/TNA., looking after line planning with full feeding, resulting the maximum production.
Follow up of entire bottom line operations, segment-wise production & dispatch.
Knowledge and understanding of Fabric Expertise in Outsourcing work of garment production all over Ludhiana.

Good knowledge of MS OFFICE & designing.

candidate should have previous exposure of outsourcing work and be able to handle outsourcing all over Ludhiana
