Blue Prism RPA Developer @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Extensive experience in RPA development using Blue Prism, including solution design and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, solution design, and implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in OCR technologies (Google OCR / Microsoft OCR) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including Decipher and Interact.
• Ability to develop reusable workflows, custom components, and automation frameworks.
• Skilled in preparing and managing documentation like PDDs, SDDs, and maintenance manuals aligned with CoE standards.
• Experienced in end-to-end configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Blue Prism environments.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and infrastructure for automation.
• Familiar with custom solutions, integration with partner products, and Blue Prism ecosystem expansion.
• Knowledge of RPA best practices, coding standards, and scalability principles.
• Effective in troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support across internal and external teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest RPA features, AI integration trends, and ability to contribute to POCs and innovation initiatives.
