Job Description

Job Title: Loan Service Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.
Loan Log-in Process: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately submitted.
Sales: Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful loan applications.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth loan process and address any concerns or queries.
Data Management: Update and maintain customer records in the system.

Skills and Knowledge

Basic knowledge of computer.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is an advantage.
