Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer loyalty.
Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
