Job Description:

• Enterprise standard architecture documentation
• Designing high quality and repeatable processes that result in low levels of production issues
• Awareness of industry best practice and new and upcoming technology trends
• Full solution architectural understanding across networking and software
• Tracking delivery timelines and interdependencies across multiple teams to report into stakeholders.
• Technical exposure to and/or experience in a range of technologies and architectural best practice concepts, specifically
• Build out Salesforce to drive the insurance corporate sales process in a more sophisticated way than today making use of Salesforce capabilities to drive the sales lifecycle process.
• Drive optimal use of native Salesforce workflows. Use process automation across Salesforce.
• Use Salesforce as the master data source of certain entity types (corporate customers, maybe brokers etc.).
• Integrate Salesforce into a modern enterprise so it doesn't operate in a silo. Integration to data sources via API's and/or event driven architectures. Enable the ability to share data from Salesforce.
• Bring Salesforce into IT governance standards and best practises. e.g. quality, security controls, release processes etc.
• Automation of CICD pipelines in ADO and/or Jira across different technologies
• Exposure and passion for new and emerging technologies and trends
