 Project Management Officer

Job Description

The Product Management Office (PMO) is a key function at Anchanto , responsible for driving successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. This role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live , ensuring adherence to PMO processes, and serving as a single point of contact for customers .
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Product Delivery Management
    • Take full ownership of managing deliveries for Change Requests .
    • Implement best practices in Project Management and PMO .
    • Actively track ETAs across Business Units , highlighting risks and delays.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer deliverables/programs .
  • Stakeholder Customer Management
    • Engage, build relationships, and negotiate with global customers regularly.
    • Manage expectations across stakeholders for successful project outcomes .
    • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Reporting Risk Management
    • Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Track and coordinate project deliverables with multiple internal teams.
    • Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs in a distributed setup.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domains preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex SaaS-based projects (Logistics/E-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects in multi-stakeholder environments .
  • Experience handling global customer engagements in diverse business scenarios.
