Job Description
- Project Product Delivery Management
- Take full ownership of managing deliveries for Change Requests .
- Implement best practices in Project Management and PMO .
- Actively track ETAs across Business Units , highlighting risks and delays.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer deliverables/programs .
- Stakeholder Customer Management
- Engage, build relationships, and negotiate with global customers regularly.
- Manage expectations across stakeholders for successful project outcomes .
- Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Reporting Risk Management
- Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and coordinate project deliverables with multiple internal teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs in a distributed setup.
- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domains preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex SaaS-based projects (Logistics/E-commerce experience is a plus).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects in multi-stakeholder environments .
- Experience handling global customer engagements in diverse business scenarios.
- Outcome-focused project/program management professional.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and resolve business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills (written verbal) for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments , balancing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to managing difficult situations.
