Position: Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: Upto 3.6 LPA (Fixed!)

What You'll Do:

1. Contact existing customers through company-provided leads to facilitate timely health policy renewals.

2. Clearly explain policy benefits, renewal terms, premium amounts, and any changes in the coverage or terms.

3. Follow up regularly with customers.

4. Ensure a high renewal conversion rate by providing excellent service and support.

5. Address customer queries, objections, or concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Must have a valid driving license & two wheeler.

4. Strong communication & negotiation skills
