Job Description
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, Data centers and transport infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and understanding of BIM-based workflows.
- Strong knowledge of US/European building codes, regulations, and construction standards applicable to industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects.
- Lead and manage architectural design for industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects.
- Oversee design development and coordinate with inhouse engineering teams and customers
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and technical staff.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, including conceptual, schematic, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide expert guidance on architectural best practices and emerging trends.
MUST REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and integration with other disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
